We are looking for sales leaders that are outgoing, have a track record of success, an entrepreneur type mentality, a positive outlook on life, and want to get paid what they're worth. As an independent Sales Representative, you'll have the opportunity to build your own business, service current clients, and enjoy a flexible work schedule, while being backed with the support of an industry leader.
Dynasty Financial / Fenix Financial was started in Houston, TX in 2002 by a small group of partners. They have been so successful they now operate in over 20 different states and are still expanding rapidly. The underwriter that Dynasty works with counts on them for over 40% of their annual business. That's huge and makes Dynasty a really exciting place to be!!!
Dynasty is currently expanding in several markets and wanting to continue expanding in Tennessee & Texas, but also in the markets of Arizona, Kentucky, Alabama, and many other locations as well.
OPPORTUNITY:
We're looking for 5 more individuals to help train and mentor new agents in our expanding markets and surrounding areas. We're also looking for those interested to move into a sales management or leadership position which comes with extra compensation. It will definitely help if you have direct sales experience, but it's not necessary. First year average compensation: $66,000 PLUS ongoing residual income based on your production.
