Job Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Experiencewith dispatching service techniciansand answering multiple phone lines highly preferred
Must be authorized to work in the US
Must be familiar with local area and able to read a map
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule (including weekends)
Excellent computer and communication skills required & the ability to multi-task
Must be able to make independent decisions
Must have a positive attitude and pleasant phone demeanor
Experience in Plumbing, Heating, or Cooling preferred

Responsibilities:
Responsible for dispatching service technicians to all job sites and prioritizing all calls
Responsible for tracking and scheduling technicians daily time and work orders
Briefing and debriefing calls
Accurately communicate call status to other employees and managers
Responsible for contacting the customer before dispatching the technician
Responsible for managingdaily call count
Willing to work with the Call Center to establish call count and revenue goals
Must be professional at all times
