As the Operations Manager you ensure our customers consistently experience a smooth-running store. You oversee all aspects of the operational strategies to meet and exceed company expectations and maximize sales and profitability. You ensure operational excellence and follow all company-defined processes and practices. At your core, you believe that everything we do is for the customer and you lead the Logistics Sellebrities to do the same through execution of practices for markdowns, signing, marketing and facilities. You build relationships at multiple levels to support a great working and shopping environment. Functional Responsibilities

Effective talent selection, training, coaching, motivating and recognizing

Provides feedback for the ASM-Service and Operations and/or Store Manager regarding quarterly check-ins, individual development plans and annual performance reviews for team

Communicates performance issues to the ASM-Service and Operations and/or Store Manager Sets, monitors, follows up on productivity goals for all Logistics Sellebrities Ensures service, merchandising, and operational standards are met through company- defined practices and processes

Monitors, maintains and follows company policies and procedures

Accountable for a safe store environment where all Sellebrities actively prevent loss and minimize risk

Accountable for meeting store compliance audit requirements Performs additional managerial duties as necessary.
Functional Responsibilities

Drives execution of the tasks for markdowns, signage, marketing and facilities through the Pricing Specialist

Drives awareness, supports execution and provides updates to store team regarding Store Compliance Audit

Ensures areas of ownership are in compliance with productivity goals and company standards

Maintains pricing and marketing accuracy

Coaches team while working shoulder-to-shoulder with them to meet company productivity standards

Ensures productivity goals are met while adhering to company-defined practices and processes

Manages activities related to Sellebrities including hiring administration

Works in partnership with the ASM of Merchandising to ensure any movement of merchandise meets company presentation guidelines

Supports the team and processes by ensuring that tools and equipment are readily available and conducts follow-up on preventative care and scheduled maintenance

Manages supply and maintenance expenses, store issues, and open tickets with Facility Services

Ensures consistent execution of damages and defectives, mismates sell & destroy policy
Requirements
Passionate about: apparel trends, specialty retail environments, people - customers and team

Demonstrates the following: time management, organizational skills, authentic customer service, training, sales generation, leadership, conflict management, business acumen, time management, planning, priority setting, decision quality, ability to coach, provide feedback, excellent verbal and written communication, and computer proficiency

Must be at least 18 years of age High School diploma or equivalent desired

College degree or equivalent work experience preferred Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel

Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock room, work with/around cleaning chemicals and lift and carry 50 lbs

Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, overnight and weekend shifts

Opens and closes the store in accordance with company standards

Operations Managers must punch in and out through the time clock to record all time worked, follow hourly meal/break guidelines, and partner appropriately with the Store Manager regarding any overtime

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
