Production Control Assistant Manager (#29863)
An international automotive components manufacturing company is currently searching for a full- time Production Control Assistant Manager to join their facility just south of Bowling Green, KY.
The ideal candidate will have experience in production and inventory control, and has expertise in computerized manufacturing systems, with preference to PLEX programming.
This is a full-time, direct hire position with a comprehensive benefits package.
Production Control Assistant Manager Responsibilities Include:
o Oversee operations such as production scheduling and inventory stocking o Support ISO-9001/ISO-14001 requirements o Delegate and effectively utilize all personnel in a shift o Examine processes and design plans to effectively use available resources o Evaluate and train team members over proper procedures and safety o Oversee continuous improvement measures o Maintain a clean and safe workplace o Communicate well with all levels of the organization o Assist in the maintaining of inventory levels o Maintain and update production schedule as needed o Report to Production Control ManagerProduction Control Assistant Manager Qualifications Include:
o Experience with production and inventory control in an industrial environment o Proficiency with computerized manufacturing systems, with a preference for PLEX programming/setup o Prior experience with execution of production standards o Strong communication and leadership skills o Positive, goal-oriented mindset with good multitasking and time-management ability o Proficiency in Microsoft Office suiteDirect applicants only.

While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear.
You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
